Lisa Apperley, Registered Psychologist
About Me
I am a Registered Psychologist who has 18 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field. I am passionate in helping people move forward when circumstances may have them feeling stuck. My belief is that all people have their own set of skills and expertise that they bring to the session. Through my collaborative approach with my clientele we work together to find solutions that are individual and tailored to them. I believe in having a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship and my goal is to make client's feel comfortable and safe in our meetings.
My Treatment Focus
I have both training and experience in many mental health areas. These areas included anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, stress, emotional management and women's issues. I am also passionate in working with relational challenges and welcome opportunities for couples therapy. I understand that often multiple issues bring people to therapy and I am quickly able to adjust to these complex situations.

Rate Change
We follow the schedule of fees suggested by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta. Effective January 1, 2023, our rates will be changing to $220.00 per session
